Extreme Temperature Validation Tests to Ensure Safety of PET Bottles in Transport

To simulate the challenging conditions that products may encounter during global shipping, especially inside shipping containers exposed to intense summer heat, the Quality Control Department, led by Ms. Zhang, carried out a series of rigorous temperature tolerance tests.

The validation was conducted under four extreme temperature conditions—55°C, 60°C, 70°C, and 80°C—to evaluate the structural stability and durability of the bottles. After each testing cycle, the team carefully inspected every bottle for potential deformation, leakage, and overall performance, while maintaining detailed inspection records to ensure complete traceability and compliance with Suzhou Brotherpacking Plastic's Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

This systematic testing process enables Suzhou Brotherpacking Plastic to identify potential risks before shipment and provides customers with greater confidence in the safety and reliability of every product delivered.
